U.S. House Passes Sen. Ossoff’s Industrial Energy-Efficient Technology Act

Washington, D.C. — Last week the U.S. House of Representatives passed U.S. Senator Jon Ossoff’s Industrial Energy-Efficient Technology Act.

Sen. Ossoff’s legislation will help increase industrial manufacturing competitiveness, reduce energy costs, lower greenhouse gas emissions, and create good-paying jobs.

“My legislation will strengthen collaboration between government and industry to accelerate private sector energy efficiency and emissions reduction efforts,” Sen. Ossoff said.

The bill would help facilities improve operations and install innovative energy-efficient technology that reduces carbon emissions.
