Sen. Ossoff commends Joy Hendrix for her service to the Columbus community as Supervisor of the Frank Chester Senior Center
Columbus, Ga. — U.S. Senator Jon Ossoff is commending Joy Hendrix for her service to Georgia’s senior citizens with an official U.S. Senate Commendation.
Ms. Hendrix has served her community for more than 45 years, starting as a high schooler working a summer job, and now serving as a Recreational Specialist and Supervisor of the Frank Chester Senior Center in Columbus.
Her hard work has created a center where seniors, families, and children can come together to engage in a variety of enriching activities like arts and crafts, community banquets, and fitness and sports.
