Sen. Ossoff Announces Bipartisan Infrastructure Law Grant Opportunity to Upgrade Bridges Across Georgia

Atlanta, Ga. — U.S. Senator Jon Ossoff today announced grant funding is available through the bipartisan infrastructure law to upgrade bridges across Georgia.

The Bridge Investment Program, created by the bipartisan infrastructure law, offers funding for bridge repair and replacement projects under $100 million through a competitive U.S. Department of Transportation grant process.

“Our bipartisan infrastructure law will continue to deliver long-overdue upgrades to Georgia’s infrastructure for years to come,” Sen. Ossoff said. “I encourage Georgia communities to contact me and my office with any questions about this grant opportunity.”

Sen. Ossoff is encouraging Georgia’s local governments and metropolitan planning agencies to submit applications for the competitive bipartisan infrastructure law grant program.

The deadline for Bridge Investment Program applications is 11:59 PM EST on March 19, 2024, and applications can be submitted here.
