Students and families across Georgia are invited to learn more about application & nomination process for U.S. Service Academies
Students & families should RSVP to 2024 Georgia Service Academy Day HERE by April 12

Marietta, Ga. — Led by U.S. Senator Jon Ossoff, Georgia’s Congressional Delegation today announced this year’s Georgia Service Academy Day will be held on Saturday, April 27, at Dobbins Air Reserve Base in Marietta.
Sen. Ossoff and Georgia’s Congressional Delegation invite Georgia high school students and their families to learn more about the application and Congressional nomination process for the 5 U.S. Service Academies — U.S. Air Force Academy, the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, the U.S. Military Academy, and the U.S. Naval Academy.
Students and their families can find more information and sign-up for the event at https://www.ossoff.senate.gov/academyday. The deadline to RSVP for the event is Friday, April 12, 2024. No RSVPs will be accepted after this date.
At Georgia Service Academy Day, students and families will have the opportunity to meet with:
- U.S. Senator Jon Ossoff
- Members of Georgia’s Congressional Delegation
- Georgia military leaders
- Admissions Counselors, Recruiters and current Cadets from all 5 service academies
- Representatives of the Air Force, Navy, and Army ROTC programs.
This event is open to the press and will require an RSVP. Media invitations and RSVP information will be sent closer to the event.
