Application for the Position of U.S. District Court Judge
The Constitution gives United States Senators the responsibility of providing advice and consent to the President on federal judicial nominations. One important part of this role is that Senators recommend individuals to the President to serve as U.S. District Court Judges, as well as U.S. Attorneys and U.S. Marshals.
Those interested in being considered for the impending vacancy on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia should apply by Monday, June 3 at 5 p.m. ET.
