Restaurant Revitalization Fund application closes at 8 p.m. EST tonight
Owners can apply, here
Washington, D.C. — Today, U.S. Senators Jon Ossoff and Reverend Raphael Warnock urged eligible Georgia restaurant owners to submit applications to the Small Business Administration’s Restaurant Revitalization Fund by tonight’s 8 p.m. deadline.
Sens. Ossoff and Warnock secured the $28.6 billion Restaurant Revitalization Fund when they helped pass the American Rescue Plan in March.
The Restaurant Revitalization Fund provides funding to help restaurants and other eligible businesses keep their doors open through the COVID-19 pandemic. Eligible entities that have experienced pandemic-related revenue loss include restaurants, bars, food trucks, caterers, bakeries, breweries, wineries, and more.
“Senator Reverend Warnock and I secured this funding to help Georgia’s restaurants keep the doors open as we work to beat the pandemic,” said Sen. Ossoff. “I encourage all eligible Georgia businesses to take advantage of this funding and apply before tonight’s deadline. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to call my office — we are here to help.”
“Today is an important deadline that will help get Georgia’s line cooks, dishwashers, servers, and more back to work. The American Rescue Plan is helping Georgians to finally overcome the pandemic and I want to make sure all eligible Georgia businesses apply to the Restaurant Revitalization Fund,” said Sen. Warnock. “Apply before 8 PM today!”
Restaurant owners can apply for funding directly through the Small Business Administration’s website, here.
